SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, customer-service rep here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
