I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
