SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, call-centre agent here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
