SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?, call-centre agent here

I lost my job as a call-centre agent and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
