SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
