SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 5 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
