SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I lost my job as a marketing coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
