SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
