SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?
