SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 13 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
