SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as a web developer before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
