SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I lost my job as a security officer and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. Any experience at all would help. There are 13 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
