SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as an event coordinator before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
