SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
