SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
