SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 22 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
