SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Some local food pantries can help while the case is pending. Try calling 211 for one near you.
