SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I lost my job as a line cook and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 25 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
