SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I lost my job as a forklift operator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
