SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I lost my job as an accountant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
