SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
