SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? (Albuquerque)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Thank you in advance. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 11 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
