SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 9 years as a school bus driver

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?
