SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 9 years as a janitorial supervisor

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 9 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 19 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
