SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 9 years as a bookkeeper

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. There are 9 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
