SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 7 years as a web developer

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 7 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
