SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 7 years as a software tester

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
