SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 7 years as a machine operator

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 7 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
