SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 7 years as a line cook

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 10 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
