SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 4 years as a project coordinator

I lost my job as a project coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 7 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
