SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 4 years as a medical assistant

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
