SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 18 years as a warehouse supervisor

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. Any experience at all would help. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
