SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 16 years as a warehouse supervisor

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?
