SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 15 years as a home health aide

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
