SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 15 years as a delivery driver

I lost my job as a delivery driver and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?
