I lost my job as an administrative assistant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 13 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 10 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
