SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 12 years as a warehouse supervisor

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
