SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 11 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I lost my job as a hotel front-desk agent and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?
