SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? after 10 years as a social media manager

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a social media manager before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
