SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 9 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 13 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
