SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. There are 10 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
