SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 8 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a paralegal before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
