I lost my job as a procurement assistant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 25 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
