SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 8 months and counting

I lost my job as a hotel front-desk agent and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
