SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 7 months and counting

I lost my job as a payroll clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 19 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
