I lost my job as a software tester and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
