SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 7 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Thank you in advance. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
