SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send? - 6 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 3 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
