SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I lost my job as a barista and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
