SNAP after a layoff: what documents did you send?

I lost my job as a dental hygienist and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. There are 18 people in my household.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 4 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
